Shipping Policy and Fees

We strive to offer shipping options that are reasonably priced. Unlike most internet retailers we do not make money on our shipping fees. You will find that we do not charge extra handling fees unless clearly stated for a specific product. You'll receive your order in a timely fashion with reasonable charges. Orders will ship the same day if placed by 3:30pm Pacific Time or 6:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

The following return policies and procedures have been established for all itsmycommunitystore.com orders.

All of our products are backed by a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace any order you are not completely satisfied with.

Please call us at 1-855-720-2911 M-F 8am - 5pm PST and a customer service representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and be able to set up a reshipment or return label for any products you need replaced.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

UNOPENED MERCHANDISE

Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase for a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Unopened products must be in resalable condition. Please note that shipping charges will not apply to the credit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received a defective product you will have 6 months from the date of purchase to return the product. You may choose to receive a full refund, get a credit towards another order, or be shipped a replacement order.

COMPATIBLE INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES

If you are unsatisfied with your compatible cartridge or find that it is defective it may be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. Please be aware that when you are returning an ink or toner cartridge as defective, it must be at least 80 percent full or a credit will not be issued. This is determined by the weight (based on grams) of the product.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error or products damaged during shipping. Defective products can be replaced free of shipping charges.

Note the following applies to your return

  • All returns must have an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to process a return.
  • Your RMA is valid for 10 days. Your return shipment must have the RMA number boldly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
  • Do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents.
  • If you send your RMA back to us via the U.S. Postal Service we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost shipments returned to us.
  • If you have chosen to replace your product, your new shipment will be processed promptly. If you are receiving a refund, your credit will be issued within 14 business days after we receive your return.
  • Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed and we will not be responsible for the content
  • Products returned that were not originally purchased from itsmycommunitystore.com will not be processed and we will not be responsible for the contents.
